Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with SUSSEXPRESS MERCH! We are committed to delivering your merchandise to you in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy below:

 

Order processing times

Our orders are processed within 1-7 business days. During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up to 8 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

 

Shipping times

We ship from our warehouses located in the United States. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Europe.

  • Orders shipping within the United States(Economy) will arrive within 5-8 business days.
  • Orders shipping internationally to Canada, and Europe will arrive within 7-10 business days.

 

Shipping costs

  • Orders shipping to an address in the United States with an order value of $50.00 or more before taxes have free shipping.
  • Orders shipping to an address in Canada, and Europe are offered UPS shipping rates which are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of products in your order.

 

Local pickup/delivery

  • Not available.

 

Refund & Return Policy

Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or design, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, SUSSEXPRESS MERCH offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team by emailing us at sussexpressmerch@sussexpressllc.com and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

We will notify you once we’ve received emails, videos, and photos showing the damage or manufacturing error. We let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at sussexpressmerch@sussexpressllc.com.

 

Damages and issues

If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

Refunds

Please note that SUSSEXPRESS MERCH will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if you ordered the wrong size, color, or design, or simply changed your mind. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund. For print DTG-only products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered defects.
